Service Description
Roots Nature Therapy offers a weekly online group course led by Simone, a certified forest therapy guide, and Karen, a GP. Specifically tailored for parents and carers of neurodiverse young people or those struggling with emotional dysregulation, this course helps participants explore the restorative power of nature and develop tools to support their families. Cost: £60 for the whole series (please note some subsidies are available). Email rootsnaturetherapy@gmail.com to book. Cancellation Policy
Please book using the email link. We will then arrange a short conversation with you so we can establish your needs and expectations and check we are the right service for you. We will then send a booking form, and arrange payment. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice and a full refund will be made.
